Do I need to verify my identity to sign up?
No — you can create an account and browse for free. Freelancers only need to pass Stripe Identity verification before creating their first project.
Does Lumvio take a commission from my earnings?
No. Lumvio never takes a commission from freelancer earnings. Optional subscription plans unlock additional monthly projects and premium features. Payments are processed by Stripe, so their standard payment-processing fee applies to each transaction.
How does payment protection work?
Clients pay upfront, funds are held under payment protection, and released to the freelancer only after the client approves the delivered work. See the Payment Protection Policy for details.
What payment methods are supported?
Clients pay via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards). Freelancers withdraw through country-specific rails such as bank transfer and local mobile wallets.
